Ingredients:
For the Chicken Marinade:
- 1 & ½ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Hemani olive oil pomace
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 350g chicken strips
- 1-2 tsp Hemani olive oil pomace (for cooking)
For the Greek Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup hung yogurt (Dahi)
- 1 tbsp Hemani olive oil pomace
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp mustard paste
- 2 tsp honey
- 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (Hara dhania)
For the Egg Tortilla:
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp Hemani olive oil pomace
- Whole wheat tortilla (for wrapping)
For Assembling:
- Shredded salad leaves (Salad patta)
- Cubed onion (Pyaz)
- Cubed tomato (Tamatar)
- 1 bag Hemani ultra slim green tea with green apple
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions:
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine paprika powder, pink salt, black pepper powder, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic paste. Mix well. Add the chicken strips, toss to coat, cover, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat 1-2 tsp Hemani olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender. Once cooked through, increase the heat and cook for a few more minutes until the chicken dries up a bit. Set it aside.
- Prepare the Greek Yogurt Sauce: In a small bowl, mix hung yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, pink salt, mustard paste, honey, and fresh coriander. Set aside.
- Cook the Egg Tortilla: In a small bowl, whisk together 1 egg, pink salt, and black pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan. Add the whisked egg and cook, spreading it evenly. Once the egg is cooked, place the tortilla on top and cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, ensuring it doesn’t burn.
- Assemble the Wrap: Transfer the cooked tortilla to a flat surface. Add a layer of shredded salad leaves, followed by the cooked chicken, cubed onion, cubed tomato, and a generous drizzle of Greek yogurt sauce. Wrap it up tightly.
- Serve with Green Tea: Place one Hemani ultra slim green tea bag into a cup, add boiling water, and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bag, and your refreshing tea is ready to enjoy!
